Seven Locks Swim Team Coaching Staff - 2024
Head Coach - Stephanie Pratt
Coach Steph has loved the MCSL since her first races as a Kenmont Tsunami at age 4! Her favorite stroke was and is backstroke and she proudly remembers being one of the best 12&unders in the county at 50 back. She grew up swimming year-round for Titans Swimming, along with Aquahoyas Swimming, and at age 15, Steph joined the Kenmont staff as an Assistant Coach and has been coaching ever since. A two year captain of her High School Team, Steph also went on to coach the Einstein High School Swim Team in the MCPS for several seasons. Steph has been a Head Coach and Programs Director with FINS Swimming since 2014, where she is influential in the training and development of younger coaches and senior staff, as well as in the design of the programs curriculum, which is focused on bringing the fun summer swimming mindset into the winter swim world. Steph is excited to rejoin the Seven Locks Sharks for her third season with the team!
